Multiple exostosis may occur on the buccal surface of the maxilla, and rarely on the mandible.

Clinically, the lesions appear as multiple asymptomatic bony swellings.

The diagnosis is based on the clinical findings.

Treatment Unnecessary unless full denture preparation is required.
